The default JVM can access files and directories under `/tmp/` including the `$TemporaryDirectory` of other users on the same cloud instance (`/tmp/UserTemporaryFiles/`). The `-init` file for the the JVM initialization exists in the vulnerable directory during the startup of the JVM.
